RIBBONS FOR HATS

The ribbon for hats is a composite band developed by Socorte for the purpose of applying to the inner rim of hats, caps or berets. It is coated with a doubled layered woven bias tape, and includes a special white or black foam filling which confers added comfort to the final product. This technical tape may be built in three different widths: 50/25, 55/30 or 59/33 (initial width / final width), and it may be customized in different colours based on our cotton or poly-cotton biasband shadecards, or with other linings providad by the customer.
